After my first rhinoplasty, I gradually started disliking the shape of my tip. At first I wondered if I was just being overly sensitive, but it kept bothering me every time I took photos. While looking into revision surgery, I wanted to find a place that would properly assess my current nose rather than simply make it higher. During my consultation with Dr. Lee Kyung-wook at Obje Plastic Surgery, he explained one by one what needed to be considered because of my previous surgery, and also explained in an easy-to-understand way why autologous costal cartilage is used in revision surgery. I had many concerns because it was a revision, but he calmly explained everything whenever I asked, which helped me decide. After surgery with autologous costal cartilage and during recovery, I could feel that the tip line had become more defined than before. I still need to watch it a little longer, but I’m satisfied because the part that had bothered me for a long time seems to have been corrected.
