I used autologous costal cartilage + 3-mm silicone. From the moment I entered the operating room until just before anesthesia, I strongly asked the doctor to correct my bulbous nose well and to make the autologous-rib-cartilage surgery worthwhile. I am very satisfied. I wanted a natural-looking nose, and it seems to have been corrected beautifully without going too far.
At the new part-time job I found after my nose surgery, both of the two other part-timers complimented me, saying my nose looked pretty, lol.
