I had a broad, blunt-looking face because my angular square jaw and lateral cheekbones both protruded. Since I was doing it anyway, I wanted a doll-like line, but not anything too artificial, so I researched very diligently... Cookie's reviews showed glamorous yet naturally crisp lines, so I booked a consultation right away! Director Jeong Seong-mo carefully examined my face and reviewed the CT with me, haha. My biggest insecurity was the protruding lateral cheekbones, so I thought only that area needed treatment. But Director Jeong explained that setting the bone points extending from the 45-degree area higher and pushing them inward with high-L osteotomy would reduce horizontal width and create a proper frontal effect. For the square-jaw surgery, he planned a long curved line while leaving a slight mandibular angle, so it would connect naturally to the chin tip. I trusted his aesthetic sense and immediately paid the deposit, lol. I had cheekbone reduction, square-jaw surgery, and chin-tip surgery, plus soft-tissue contouring, including deep-cheek-fat removal! During the first two weeks, I had some yellow bruising and fairly puffy cheeks, but as soon as the stitches were removed in the second week, opening my mouth became much easier and I could see the lateral cheekbones had sunk in, which was amazing, lol. I also liked how neatly the line settled after the deep-cheek-fat removal! I am exactly three months out now, and as even the slight residual swelling has completely settled, I feel like I have the natural doll-like face I wanted, so I am very happy, haha. I used to always protect my side bangs to hide my lateral cheekbones and square jaw, but now that my face is smaller, I wear my bangs down and people say I look younger, lol. When my friends see me after a long time, they make a fuss about how much weight I must have lost and how defined my features look~ Facial contouring is a major surgery, so I spent years worrying like a coward, but I am so satisfied that I regret not doing it sooner, lol.
