A staff member provided the consultation, and I had the procedure right away. I was startled because they started without having me sit down to examine my face, but the result was good despite my concerns. The staff were generally kind, and the effect was clearly noticeable. It was the only procedure I had received that actually worked. The director said that pressing firmly would produce better results, and they did exactly that. The doctor clearly had that level of skill. Overall, I recommend it.
