The staff were all professionally kind. Since it was underarm hair removal, I never saw the doctors' faces, and I did meet the manager, but there was no forced upselling. It felt a little factory-like and kept reminding me of the Smile Clinic where Lee Soo-ji appears on YouTube... I was a total newbie whose first procedure was hair removal, but they never told me beforehand that I needed to shave before every treatment, so I only found out at the fifth session. (They only told me not to pluck.) I have one session left, and my expectations for the result are quite high. It was the most basic procedure, which is also why I chose this clinic. If it had been Botox or a lifting treatment, I probably wouldn't have come here.
