This time, while removing the implant, I had the nasal tip repositioned. Because of my previous surgery, I already had scar tissue, so my nostrils were uneven. During this revision surgery, they said they would match them as much as possible, so they did it, and when the splint was first removed, I really liked it. But after more than a month passed, scar tissue filled in again, just like my previous nose ㅠ It looks okay from the front, but when I look at the nostrils from below, especially when I’m smiling, they are so severely different that it’s stressing me out ㅠ Is it possible to remove only the scar tissue again? Should I contact the hospital?
