Silicone only on the nasal bridge, nasal tip compression

I previously had rhinoplasty with L-shaped silicone, and then developed contracture on the nasal tip side (the nasal tip became red and there was show-through), so after removing the L-shaped silicone, I currently only have straight silicone inserted. I’m planning revision surgery. Hospital A recommends raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage and using ear cartilage if it’s insufficient. Hospital B recommends using autologous costal cartilage. Between septal cartilage and ear cartilage, which is better?
