Consulting about implant removal

My nasal bridge became swollen and improved after I took antibiotics for several days, but I am worried about developing capsular contracture, so I am considering removal. [Clinic A] said that unless there is pus or redness, removal is not necessary. They told me not to worry in advance about something that has not happened, and said that if I do undergo surgery, they would remove the L-shaped silicone implant through a closed approach and reposition cartilage. They consistently said that capsular contracture could occur. The consultant seemed to think that if I had not developed contracture, there was no need to do it, so she said I should go there if that was what I thought. [Clinic B] said removal would be better. They did not explain the CT, and said that although they would use a closed approach, they might switch to an open approach during surgery. They thought it might be impossible to remove the capsule on the upper part of the nasal bridge. I originally planned to go to [Clinic B], but this is bothering me. When the consultant explained the surgical cost, she kept saying, 'It costs this much, and if you add this, it costs this much more,' which made me lose some trust. [Clinic C] is not famous for removal, but I went after seeing a review in another community. They confidently said that capsular contracture would not occur after removal. Is that right??? For silicone removal and cartilage repositioning, they said they would cut bone from inside the nose and fill the empty space, but I cannot remember what exactly that was. Has anyone here had it done at [Clinic D]? I want everything removed cleanly so I can live at ease, but I am overwhelmed with worry that my nose might become upturned. Please help me.
