After my double-eyelid surgery as a child, which my parents arranged, the fold loosened, and this was my first consultation going alone. I wanted eyes that could become prettier while remaining natural and not too dramatic, so I showed them the photos I had brought. They said my eyes weren't difficult and they could do what I wanted. But it was also my first consultation and I didn't know much, so I fumbled a bit, and they didn't examine anything further; they just said the style in the photos was possible. The plastic-surgery quote itself was expensive. They did try to give me a substantial discount, perhaps because the amount I had budgeted was absurdly low, but it was still expensive.
