I had double-eyelid surgery, eye-shape correction, and medial canthoplasty in 2021. A friend had surgery there, so I went straight there without shopping around. Since it was my first cosmetic surgery, I didn’t know whether it was a factory-style clinic or anything like that—I just did it. The doctor who operated on me has since opened a new clinic. My double-eyelid surgery was non-incisional, but it completely loosened within a year. However, I liked the loosened line better, so I was ultimately satisfied. The doctor was really kind. But when I had the surgery, I didn’t change clothes and simply lay down on the operating table. At the time I knew nothing, so I just let it go, but thinking about it now, I wonder why I didn’t change clothes. The recovery room had two beds. The staff were unfriendly. The wait was extremely long and the clinic was small. I don’t remember the price. Anyway, when you look at the résumés of the head doctors who opened clinics in Seomyeon, most of them list [Clinic A] as a former workplace.
