My mom had fairly noticeable drooping eyelids and puffy under-eyes, so even when she was sitting still, she always looked tired. I often noticed her using her forehead muscles whenever she opened her eyes, and in photos her eyes looked heavily pressed down, so we researched together and she had it done at Sketch~ While looking mainly for middle-aged eye surgery, I followed her from the consultation through the day of surgery, thinking of it as a filial surgery for my mom, and she is very satisfied^^ After directly examining my mom’s eyes, the director carefully assessed the degree of eyelid drooping and the condition under her eyes. Since it was my mom’s first time, she seemed a little awkward during the consultation, but the director kept talking to her and explained things in an easy-to-understand way, even drawing diagrams. It was great! After the consultation, my mom said the director seemed extremely thorough and she liked him, so we even booked the surgery right away. The consultation was tailored to my mom’s facial condition without feeling like they were aggressively recommending or pressuring her. I liked that too while listening beside her, and whenever we asked questions, they answered each one without trying to force in other procedures. She only had what they recommended, and the results were good, so I’m happy haha. We originally planned to visit a few more places before deciding, but luckily we decided right away and the surgery was successful^^
