There was never anything particularly wrong with my eyes. I had my first surgery with an in-out crease and thought it turned out fine. If asked whether I was pretty or unattractive, I objectively considered myself on the pretty side... But at some point, semi-out creases started looking so beautiful to me. I had never thought my face was unattractive, but it felt mismatched with the image I wanted. At first I thought it felt less like plastic surgery and more like drawing a random result—like spinning a random face, lol. What if I had surgery and ended up looking worse than now? My first surgery had turned out reasonably well, so should I just live like this? I had thoughts like that. That is why I was careful when consulting for revision surgery. I asked questions different from the usual ones, such as whether what I wanted would suit me and what styles are popular these days. Looking back, the doctors must have found me difficult. Dr. Kim Jung-hyu at Become answered my questions best and designed the prettiest, trendiest line. I only had very slight canthoplasty and natural-adhesion double-eyelid surgery, so it did not feel like a huge project, and I think I decided right away. The surgery turned out really well The line is incredible. It is exactly the natural-to-glamorous semi-out style I had imagined. I am now one step closer to the look I want, lol. It has not been long, so there is still slight swelling, but even with the swelling, I am extremely satisfied. I agonized over revision eye surgery for a long time, but I am glad I did it. I also wonder whether younger doctors are better at creating trendy eyes these days.
