My original nose was extremely low, and my current nose is at a somewhat acceptable level? So I’m not thinking about removal. The ear cartilage placed on the tip is showing quite a bit, so I’m thinking of shaving down or lowering just the cartilage that’s been raised, and then adding autologous dermis. If anyone has experience or knows a clinic worth recommending, please let me know. I’ve struggled mentally for 2 years, but revision surgery is so scary that I really don’t want to do it I also work, so I can’t take a long break. I’d really appreciate any clinic recommendations
