My nose is way too tall and Pinocchio-like from the autologous costal cartilage extension, and I’m thinking about replacing it with ear cartilage.... I think the big three aren’t quite right for me... Has anyone had a third revision or had autologous costal cartilage removed at ㅈㅅ or ㄷㅌㄹㅁ? There aren’t many reviews... I don’t know if there are people with that experience
