I had a consultation at D.W.W. before, and they said the height and shape I want would be difficult to achieve (it’s not that I’m asking for anything excessive, but I want a refined straight line; I’d like it to be as high as possible if feasible). For the first surgery, I think they tied the tip cartilage and inserted silicone into the bridge, but I was 20 and didn’t know anything, so I’m not sure of the details. During the consultation, looking at the CT, they said it wasn’t in the contracture stage, and if I do a revision, I’m thinking of using autologous costal cartilage. If anyone has a similar nose to mine, or has had revision surgery for a small, short nose, please recommend a clinic Also, I’m thinking about contouring surgery too!!!
