Nose Re-Surgery

Secondary Revision: Saving Donor Rib Cartilage, Removing It and Rebuilding the Support

My nose was extended with donor rib cartilage and it looks too obvious, so I’m going to get a revision to make it look natural and not noticeable. One clinic says to leave the extension in place and shave it down or change its direction, while another says to remove the donor rib cartilage, rebuild the columellar support with my own septal cartilage, and if that doesn’t work, reinforce it with ear cartilage. Which one should I choose?.. The doctors who say to leave the donor rib extension as is keep asking why I would bother removing a perfectly fine column for no reason... Is there anyone who had surgery in a similar situation to mine? Please tell me which method you used
