Putting aside the foreign-body sensation and hardness of autologous rib cartilage, is there actually anyone whose internal nasal support was made with autologous costal cartilage and stayed straight without warping for a long time? Has anyone seen someone whose result settled well... or does it ultimately end up warping or bending, leading to removal?
