After my nose removal and revision surgery, I’ve been in a state with no issues and, unless a big problem happens, I don’t think I’ll ever want another revision. But it was already hard enough just to get through 6 months, and I spent so long camping out in the removal board that checking this community became part of my daily routine, so I just come in and leave comments sometimes. But lately there are so many posts about J.S. that I’m curious. Are they really good at removals? I feel like I used to see them more in posts looking for revision hospitals instead. When I was researching, from about a year ago until 3-4 months ago, I didn’t see them this often, but lately they show up all the time. I know they have a lot of experience, but somehow the vibe feels a bit like C.M., with similar plans too? C.M. usually recommends functional nose work for most plans, and J.S. seems to almost always use MegaDerm. It felt like they didn’t come up with very different plans for each person, more like similar, same-ish plans. I’m just curious why they suddenly rose so much through removals. They weren’t really a hot clinic before, and now it feels similar to S.W., which suddenly became famous for removals? +++++++++++ Personally, I don’t recommend any particular clinic. Everyone’s nose condition is different, and plans differ too, so I think comparing clinics has no meaning. You also shouldn’t blindly trust them. The clinic I had surgery at fortunately gave me good results, but there were also a few dissatisfied post-op reviews. Because other people may not get the same result as mine, I think you should decide carefully among the places you’re already visiting for consultations. I hope everyone finds the clinic that suits them.
