While getting my nose revision, I’m also planning to remove the paranasal implants at the same time. Since it was placed through the inside of the nose, I started looking into internal nasal incisions, and ㅇㄱㅈ ㅇㅇㅂ also seems to do removal well, but what are they like? From the reviews here, it doesn’t feel like they do ㅂㄹㅋ, and it seems like they do surgery well. But I also see some negative posts. There seem to be relatively fewer of those, though. If you have any information you know, could you share it?
