My son's nose surgery review

Before my child’s surgery, I read many reviews here and they were very helpful, so I’m posting my own review as well. We live in another country, and after my son graduated from high school and before he entered university, he had nose surgery at ㅂㄷ* in Apgujeong. His nose was crooked, so it was done together with septoplasty. I consulted at several hospitals, and after a lot of deliberation, we finally decided on ㅂㄷ* clinic. The doctor was an ENT resident, which gave me confidence, and he also had an aesthetic sense, so the result was very satisfying overall. He tailored it well to my son’s side profile and facial image. (Even though he is an ENT resident, he has such aesthetic sense.. I was completely moved by that.) The staff who helped after surgery explained things well when I had questions, and the people at the front desk greeted us warmly every time we went, so the atmosphere was really nice. The only thing is, after the first consultation they quoted 4.5 million won (silicone + septum + my child’s ear cartilage + donor rib if needed just in case).. After my child thought about it, he said he didn’t want something too natural and wanted to raise it a bit more, so before setting the surgery date I called to say this. Then the manager said donor rib would have to be used and that another 1 million won needed to be added, so I transferred 5.5 million won.. The child’s ear cartilage was taken out as cartilage anyway, but in the end the nose height is natural and not very high, not extremely high at all. Of course I’m satisfied, but as the manager said, it is absolutely not a height that justifies paying an extra 1 million won later. Anyway, I only saw the manager on the day of surgery, and after surgery I didn’t see them again. Overall I’m grateful because the result has been satisfying so far, but the pricing somehow felt a bit lacking in transparency.
