I went for a consultation because I need revision nose surgery, and they really do give detailed consultations just like the reviews said. They explain the surgical method in detail with a PowerPoint, and they focus more on the internal structure of the nose and on building a solid foundation from the start than on the shape itself. The cost is certainly high, but if I think of it as the last surgery I will ever need, it also makes me think it might be a worthwhile investment. They said that if I do the surgery, post-op care will be free for life, so at least the aftercare seems reliable.
