I had Hiko done at a very famous place, but maybe because I have a severe bulbous nose, the threads ended up piercing through my nose and coming out. They put in as many as 12 threads. It was my first procedure too, so I was shocked and pushed them back in, and the red spots did go away. Everyone, please always be careful when getting procedures.
