I had a consultation for my first male nose surgery. The director explained things in a very standard, no-frills way, exactly as he usually does. However, the septum was badly deviated, and for the deviated septum and inferior turbinate it would be an extra 850,000 won, but at other clinics they said if there were no symptoms, there was no real need, and an ENT clinic could handle it quickly. Even with the review discount, the autologous costal cartilage option at 11 million won was clearly more expensive than other clinics. The manager did not really seem to have a higher level of surgical insight than people who have studied plastic surgery basics through YouTube.
