I've had nose surgery several times, but the shape still looked so bad that this time I thought it would be the last, and I went to consultations I mostly looked at reviews, and Dalbi Plastic Surgery seemed to bring out the look I wanted well, so I went for a consultation!! Director Byun Jin-hwan really checked everything carefully. And I didn't know this, but when he said I probably needed contracture nose reconstruction, I was totally shocked.. My nose had gotten a lot worse from being touched so many times Luckily, he has a ton of experience with contracture nose reconstruction too, so I felt really glad I came. I liked that he pointed out every part that needed improvement without missing anything, and he explained one by one why each thing was necessary, which made me trust him. He seemed like the only director who could satisfy both the functional and aesthetic sides So I booked the date right away and just waited for the surgery day.... It's now 3 months after surgery, and while dissolving the filler I had before, I had contracture nose reconstruction + alar base lowering. What I like most is the nose tip. He cut autologous costal cartilage into four pieces and reinforced it with two layers underneath and two layers at the front, like that. He said that way, even as time passes, I wouldn't have to worry as much about the tip dropping. I can feel that the support and fixation are way better than before, so personally I'm really satisfied! Oh right, and for the first time during recovery, I lived without cotton packing inside my nose, and that was honestly so good...? It was easier to breathe and I didn't get a dry mouth, so it was amazing. I even ate right after surgery I really like my nose now, and I hope it stays that way for a long time!!!

If asymmetry appears after surgery (nostrils / nasal deviation), removal alone won't correct it. In that case, it's better to go to a hospital known for reconstruction. I also developed nostril asymmetry, and although I had surgery at a…

I had autologous costal cartilage, and it has been 4-5 years. My nose tip has gradually started to look strange, so I’m planning to go for full removal to feel at ease. I’m looking at hospitals like ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ and ㄱㅇㅅ for the planned surgery…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 3 Consultation at ㅍㄹㅁ ㅅㅅㅇ ㄱㅇㅅ (addendum)
As soon as the director at ㅍㄹㅁ saw me, he said the cartilage was visible. He said I had put way too much cartilage into a small nose. That's exactly right, honestly. My nose is small and low, but I had way too much cartilage shoved in…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 3 Would I not regret it even if I remove it?
I had my nose done at a well-known clinic last year, but the bridge is too high and pointed, so it doesn’t suit me at all and I’m thinking about having it removed. Even during the consultation and on the day of surgery, I clearly explained
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 3 I never thought revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage would turn out this well
Today, three months after my revision rhinoplasty, my blunt nose has gained dimension even in casual photos, so it really feels like this might be my last surgery and I’m so satisfied! After my first nose surgery at another clinic, the tip

I’ve decided on the clinic, but I’m still torn about whether to raise the bridge I’m worried I might regret it if everything is removed, so I keep thinking about it now. If anyone has done it, please leave a comment!!! If I have surgery…
