I removed the filler I had before and I'm scared to use silicone, so I'm looking into doing it without any implant at all ㅇㅇ But my nasal bridge is on the low side, so while looking for ways to raise it, I heard that some people do the bridge with cartilage particles. For everyone who has had surgery with this, how was it? Are you satisfied? I'm also curious whether there were any other side effects. I'm looking at Brㅇㅇ and Jeㅇㅇ too, so if there's a good place, please recommend it. I want somewhere that comes out cleanly with as little step-off as possible
