[Men] Day 8 review after my first nose surgery

I thought that because I struggled for such a long time before surgery, you all might be having similar worries right now, so I’m leaving this review in hopes it helps even a little.Pre-surgery condition of my nose (photo attached above)Glabella: quite deeply setNostrils: spread wideBridge: had a hump, not a completely low nose but not especially high either, so the height was kind of in between-Wanted nose designFrom the glabella to the tip, I wanted a clean line, but not the kind of overly artificial chalk-white nose; I wanted a line with some natural curvature. So to preserve my nose’s original character, I decided to proceed without deliberately shaving down the hump.-Surgery detailsHump: preserved without shavingGlabella to bridge: used autologous dermis to naturally add volumeTip: removed blunt fatty tissue + tied the cartilage together + finished by placing ear cartilage on topIt has now been exactly 8 days since the surgery, and since it’s only been a short time since the splint came off and the stitches were removed, there is still quite a bit of major swelling and residual swelling. But the bridge line seems to have come out with the natural feeling I wanted, so personally I’m satisfied.I’ll attach before-and-after photos too, so if your nose shape is similar to mine, or if you’re considering autologous dermis or non-implant surgery methods, I think it could be helpful as a reference.I hope everyone gets the pretty nose they want, and if you have any questions about surgery or pain, feel free to leave a comment.I’ll answer as much as I can within what I know.
