The main opinion was that nose surgery really wasn't necessary? And if I were to do it anyway, they said they'd shave down the dorsal hump a bit and only place 1 mm of Gore-Tex on the bridge. But they said that if it were like that, filler would probably be better, it wouldn't look like surgery, and the effect would only be very slightly refined, basically making filler permanent, so I decided not to get nose surgery. Since there's no consultation fee, I recommend going to Apgujeong and getting a consultation when you have time to kill. I went because a friend of mine had surgery there nearby, and for her it seems fine? There are no scars, and it looks like she had surgery or maybe she didn't, so unless you're very sensitive I don't think you'd know.
