I made a reservation for August... I decided to leave the cartilage from the tip of the nose alone, remove only the silicone, lower the nasal tip, and correct the step-off difference. Is there no real review? Or maybe a review of removing only the silicone... It’s strange that there are no reviews even though that’s why it’s one of the big three... I’m a little puzzled
