It's been two and a half years since I had nose surgery with a silicone septal extension, and I feel like my nose is getting shorter and shorter... It seems like contracted-nose symptoms, but I heard that if the septum is removed entirely, there could be issues like columellar collapse, so I'm worried What should I do... I'm so depressed
