People say that if you remove the columellar support, it collapses, but I haven't actually seen any reviews saying it collapsed Does it really collapse? I had nose-removal surgery at ㄱㅇㅅ (now ㄹㅅ). The removed areas were silicone + ear cartilage columellar strut + tip ear cartilage + capsule tissue and scar tissue. The doctor said it would be better to do septal support when removing it, so
