Lately I've had nasal foreign-body sensation and trouble breathing, so while taking antibiotics and injections I tried to go in a direction of avoiding surgery if possible. But as time goes on, my nose feels heavier and the bridge feels like it's being pressed down, and I have facial heat and headaches, and I don't know what's wrong but I think I need to go to the hospital... But my natural nose is a downward drooping hooked nose, so I really don't want to remove it Is there a place that can preserve the tip while removing the rest? Sigh, maybe I'm being greedy... Is full removal really the answer?
