I had surgery on the nasal tip with septal cartilage, hump correction, and a 3 mm silicone implant, and now I’m looking into hospitals for a closed procedure. They said Ssongssang can’t do closed surgery and that it has to be open, so I’m debating it... Boyo said only the silicone should be removed, and that the step-off area would need ear cartilage grafting for a revision, so I ruled it out for now (I want it completely removed, actually..) I’m thinking of going to consult Gyeongin and Prima, but if septal cartilage was used in the nasal tip, is removal impossible with a closed approach?
