First of all, everyone was kind, which was nice. There was a bit of waiting, but I guess that's unavoidable since it's a hospital that gets a lot of patients?? The manager was very kind and had a way of organizing things well. The doctor was kind too and only pointed out the necessary parts during the consultation. That made it feel even more helpful?? They also laid out a clear plan for how the surgery should be done, which helped a lot. Out of the hospitals I visited for consultations, this one was the best, so I
