When I went for my consultation, the doctor happened to be in surgery, so I waited a little over an hour. While I was waiting, a staff member gave me an approximate time and even tried to help me reschedule for another day, apologizing, which I appreciated. The consultation is very friendly! They asked what kind of eyes I wanted and adjusted the line for me, and they do a good job with in-out lines!! They also kept asking if there was anything else I wanted to know. There was an extra discount if I booked that day, so I considered it, but I didn't place a reservation. If you want a natural-looking line, this place seems good too.
