For my first surgery, they used only septal cartilage, so it turned out too natural and I regretted it. Then I went ahead with a philtrum reduction without properly researching it, and my nose ended up rotated upward and shortened. My original nose was short too, so I was under a lot of stress because I had a short, small, upturned nose. T_T Back then, while I was searching for information posts in my own way, I happened to find out about DHD here, and since they were said to specialize in contracture, I went there. I am not actually dealing with contracture, but I thought they would be good at handling a short nose.
