I had revision for aristocratic facial surgery, and there is an effect now, but the sensation on the right side is a little different, so the upper lip on the right has curled in a bit. That is a bit stressful for me It was done through an intraoral incision, and at first it was uncomfortable, but now it is fine. Looking at the surgical progress, they did not show me the X-ray, so that part was a little disappointing. They do answer questions, and it feels like they think they are the best at what they do. They also keep recommending orthognathic surgery. The midface is sunken.
