I had ear cartilage plus a thin silicone implant in my nose, and I also had paranasal augmentation done together! There was no dramatic change, but from the face I already had, it feels like I got a slightly younger-looking upgrade, so I am satisfied. At first my face was so swollen and my nose looked like chalk, so I thought, did I ruin it? T_T But once the swelling went down completely, I really felt like I was glad I did it.. In fact, even though several years have passed and I have gotten older, it still feels more natural without any foreign-body sensation
