It was my second revision surgery consultation, so I went in determined to ask everything I needed to ask. The hospital looked fairly busy, but there was almost no wait, which surprised me. I was referred to the director through a recommendation, and he tailored the line to my eye structure and did not push things that felt unnecessary. That actually increased my trust. Here, they explained incisional surgery and lateral/lower canthoplasty, and that matched my own thoughts to some extent. I liked the explanation enough to think it over and then decide on surgery. There was no pressure to book on the day I left.
