I will never go here again. I know the chief director works hard on promotion and Threads, but compared with that, the staff's friendliness, their understanding of reservation details, and the fact that they do not communicate with one another are all unbelievably frustrating to the point I feel like I am going crazy lol. If they are pushing themselves as the cheapest in Gangnam, they are not even that level. Even the manager does not seem to know what fillers and products the clinic actually has. I heard a new consulting manager? supervisor? is supposed to come in, but I wonder what it is like now.
