The consultation manager was kind, but seemed to lack professionalism significantly, and there was a strong push for additional charges. I was taken aback because the director was so different from the image I had seen on YouTube. The director was very unfriendly, and no matter what I asked, the consultation continued in an insincere way, with answers like I had to figure it out myself or I had to decide myself, so I just left. I never agreed to receive text messages, but advertising texts have been coming in every time for months.
