I had a hump removed without an implant and only had the tip lifted with ear cartilage, but maybe the hump was not properly shaved down, because it was uneven, and now, 3 months after surgery, there is a step-off. The doctor who performed the surgery resigned one month after the operation, which was also disappointing. I went back to the hospital because of the uneven bridge, but they just kept saying the surgery went well and that it looked pretty, so I left. The tip shape came out naturally and beautifully. However, I need to wait a bit more time again
