I consulted at Seo Sang-woo Plastic Surgery because the tip of my nose and columella were crooked. The hospital is exactly the size of a private clinic and not big. I was offered a method of removing the septal cartilage currently inside the nasal tip and rebuilding the columella using either ear cartilage or the existing septal cartilage. But since my face is asymmetrical, I asked whether making the columella perfectly straight would make it look even more crooked from the front, and they only said that part was my choice, without clearly guiding me on the direction. Overall, they explained the surgical methods, but they did not give a definite answer about the outcome, so it felt a bit vague.
