I have a bulbous nose, a low nose, wide nostrils, and my nose itself is thick. My nose is low, but I was naturally born with a protruding forehead, so to match my forehead line, they inserted about 4 mm? of silicone. I think they also used about three other materials, such as functional rib cartilage and ear cartilage (my own). It has been roughly 2 years since the surgery, so I don’t remember very well When I had the nose surgery, they removed a certain amount of fat. Maybe because I have a bulbous nose, my bridge is high, but the nostril area is rounded, so in my view it’s not a slim and pretty nose, but I had surgery aiming for a naturally glamorous-looking nose..! When I first saw it after surgery, my nose was high and pretty, but as time passes, the tip of the nose does gradually come down… It feels like 4/5! The doctor did their best with my nose, but the canvas wasn’t good.. oh well..
