The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager, and maybe because I went with my parents, the managers were extremely kind. There was not much waiting, and it seems like it finished within an hour. They did not pressure me to book on the same day. Still, the price they quoted was a bit higher than other clinics. I have now done hands-on consultations at two clinics, and one place said the septum could be used, but here they said it could not be used, so I am a bit confused. It looks professional
