This was my second place to look into, so I only had one point of comparison, so this may not be completely accurate, but I will write down what I felt. Personally, the doctor's needs and my needs matched well. My nose is basically a hooked nose + a dorsal hump. They said they do not use silicone, and that they would use the septum, or ear cartilage if needed. And while showing photos, they said they would not do it unless it had a natural tendency. And they proceeded with a closed approach
