I got a quote of 462 for silicone + septum + nostril reduction + alar correction + columella support, and all autologous rib cartilage was quoted at 980... The director seemed unmotivated, maybe because it was after lunch and he was sleepy. It was not a consultation that really resonated, and it did not give me anything that made me want to do it here. At least the consultation fee was free, so I was glad about that.
