I wanted a natural-looking nose, so it was a very satisfying consultation. I have a hump nose and an arrow-shaped nose, but the hump is not severe, so they said they could raise the nasal tip and fill in the sunken area. I liked that they said osteotomy probably wouldn’t be necessary. For materials, they said they would use ear cartilage, and if septal cartilage remains when improving the arrow-shaped nose, they would use that slightly as a support strut.
