After the CT scan and photos, they explained everything with a focus on natural beauty, taking into account the size of my face, asymmetry, and skin. I wanted the most natural nose possible, and because I have a hump nose, what mattered was how much of the hump would be shaved down and whether an implant would be inserted or not. They said it could be done without an implant, and if the septal cartilage was insufficient, donor costal cartilage would have to be used. The doctor honestly recommended the method that would fit my face as much as possible, which made me trust them.
