I am 3 months in now, and the fit of my clothes is completely different. Before, I could never wear anything tight because of my belly, but now I can wear crop tops and fitted clothes without any stress.
What I am happiest with is the side waist line. You can really see my waistline now, so I feel good every time I look in the mirror haha
At first the tissue felt uneven and hard, but now it has become much softer, and there is almost no discomfort in daily life. There are still a few spots that feel slightly numb, but I think that will improve with more time.
Honestly, I think choosing the right clinic made a huge difference. I have weak willpower, so I always failed at dieting, but every time I went for follow-up care, the staff gave me meal tips and praised and encouraged me whenever they saw my weight go down, which made me work even harder. Thanks to that, I think the consistent management really paid off.
Wearing the compression garment diligently, even when it was annoying at first, also seems important... If I had been careless then, I think the result would have been different.
In the end, at this point, I am satisfied enough to wonder why I did not do it earlier. Of course, they say it takes up to 6 months to fully settle, so I am looking forward to it even more.
