First, let me say that my nose is a severe extreme contracture nose (a nose with severe contracture, columellar collapse, severe pinching, and other drastic overall shape changes). To start with the conclusion, they sent me back without even charging a consultation fee, saying they hoped I would find a better doctor. They said they did not have the ability to handle it. I did not expect much, but since they said they are good at working on the columella, I thought they might at least say something helpful, so it was disappointing. They did show me several photos, but they were unrelated nose photos, so they were not helpful. I was already pretty intimidated during the consultation, so maybe that is why I did not feel that their personality was odd or anything like that. I left after being told, 'Sorry we could not help.' Since they did not even give me a price consultation, I am just writing in an estimated amount, so please understand. It does not seem like the right hospital for an extreme contracture nose.
